I have read the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA), form of authority and After the Event (ATE) Insurance mandate and agree to AWH Solicitors acting on my behalf in pursuance of my claim for Housing Disrepair. By using the electronic signature, I acknowledge this will be applied to the CFA, Form of Authority and ATE mandate in acceptance of the terms and agree to be bound by these in the same way had I signed and applied a wet signature to the documents. By submitting my acceptance of these terms, I acknowledge my obligation to use the services of AWH Solicitors, unless I exercise my right to cancel the agreement within the 14-day cooling off period. I authorise AWH Solicitors to complete a soft credit check (also known as a soft enquiry), as necessary to validate my identity. This data can be used to support my claim and identify and advise of other claims I may have.
